CCTV Advanced System...

Telford CCTV in partnership with Hikvision can design, supply, install and commission a system providing cover to all aspects of your property, on residential properties this may include the front or back of your home or a specific area such as driveway, front porch and the back garden. On Commercial property we design a system that covers sensitive areas, car parks, cash transition points or areas of specific risk to your business. We ensure all of our systems provide extremely clear quality Full HD 1080p images or better.

As an accredited Hikvision Value Added Service Provider (VASP) and by working closely with Hikvision who are the world’s largest manufacturer of CCTV equipment, we can provide the latest CCTV systems with advanced features like excellent facial recognition, wide dynamic range (WDR), automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) whilst providing high performance images without compromise.

Our Advanced system offers a choice of Three IP66 rated robustly built cameras designed to withstand UK's extreme wet and cold weather giving fantastic quality Full HD 1080p images day and night. The fully networkable NVR records in Full HD 1080p and has the capability of viewing and recording at 50 Frames / Second continuously or on motion detection with a backup time of between 2 - 4 weeks (upgradable).

With the experience of installing CCTV over the years at hundreds of properties of all shapes and sizes, across the county we have created a price guide for each property type. Therefore if you choose the system according to your property requirements and this would be a good place to start, however all prices and system design are subject to a site survey to ensure all your system requirements are met. If you are unsure about anything then our experienced and friendly CCTV Experts will be able to discuss options with you face to face.

Once you contact Telford CCTV we shall arrange a Site survey to discuss the project and provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions face to face and we can understand the full system requirements in advance of the engineers coming to site. This survey will allow us to discuss the positioning of the cameras, the proposed Hikvision NVR location, the internet router location, the viewing device location that the system will be connected to and any other special requirements that you may have. It is also important at this time to identify the broadband speed to the property as this will affect the performance of the system on the remote viewing platform. We will collate all this information in a works schedule and email to you for your review. Once you approve the works schedule, we will book an agreed date for the installation.

Included in the advanced package is a high spec Hikvision NVR (Network Video Recorder) with built in Power over Ethernet Ports ( PoE) which allows us to use Hikvision HD Megapixel cameras. The Hikvision NVR records in FULL HD 1080p which in pixel terms is 1920 x 1080. The NVR records at full 25 frames per second on the FULL HD 1080p mode, providing real time recording at full HD enables the footage to be smooth without any jumps in the image frames and therefore capturing every detail at high quality.

Telford CCTV only provide High Quality Hikvision Full HD Systems and we allow for Hikvision NVR’s to have the capacity to provide clear images. There are many alternatives on the marketplace which require the footage to be reduced to 6 frames / second making the video very poor and unsuitable should you wish to provide any evidence for police or Health and Safety reasons.

Hikvision’s NVR is accessible remotely via a PC, MAC and all Windows, Apple or Android devices enabling you to view live footage, review historical video footage and also back up data. With the built in HDD (Hard drive) the NVR will record between two to four weeks of CCTV footage depending on the amount of activity the NVR captures throughout the day (upgradeable if required). Therefore if you have less movement it will record longer and vice versa. You have the option of connecting a normal TV, CCTV BNC Monitor however we believe to get the best results use a FULL HD 1080p HDMI display. One audio Input and output is available should you wish to add a microphone and speaker to the system to communicate with anyone in the vicinity of the camera. The NVR also has the facility to control more sophisticated PTZ (Pan, Tilt and zoom) cameras if required.

The Advance System provides a choice of three styles of 1080p Full HD Cameras, either an outdoor bullet style camera which has a traditional look, that acts as more of a deterrent, an outdoor dome camera if you prefer a discreet look and require vandal resistant properties or a versatile Turret Camera perfect for under roof soffits providing independent IR and Camera Lenses for improved Quality. The FULL HD 1080p resolution delivers extremely high quality video footage with a lens chosen to each specific location. All cameras are fully weather proof with an IP66 rating that enables them to withstand UK's wet and cold weather conditions. With built in high performance LED's all cameras have the capability of viewing at night with 30 meters of Infra-Red illumination.

Description: remote-viewing

Also included is the remote viewing setup enabling you to view the cameras from anywhere in the world on one of your preferred devices e.g. PC, MAC, Smartphone or Tablet. Further features of our Hikvision NVR’s is its duel output so we can provide a VGA output to a local monitor whilst also providing images to a local TV within the property. This offers the flexibility to locate the NVR in a study, loft or any other discrete location whilst being able to view the images in your kitchen, lounge, study or all of them if required. Our Advanced System is backed with an extended 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Remote viewing is an excellent feature in today's modern day CCTV, where you can remotely access live and recorded footage as well as control most functions of the NVR from anywhere in the world via the Internet on Windows, MAC OS, Android and IOS Devices. It requires us to link the NVR to your Internet router via a LAN cable or wirelessly (extra £49.95). We need to have your static IP address and login details for the router ready on the day of installation to set this function up for you (this can be obtained from under the router). For residential customers, as they do not usually have a static IP address, we offer a yearly DDNS setup service which is included in installation charges.

Our Engineers have all received the latest training from Hikvision and have the support direct from the manufacturer in regards to complex technical issues that rarely occur. The backing of the Manufacturer provides our clients with peace of mind knowing that they will receive the highest level of installation and we need to be accredited with Hikvision in order to provide the services we do. We aim to use our knowledge and experience to advice on your system design and installation process, however we will always consider the clients requirements on every project, no matter what size. Before the project commences our engineers will confirm the location of all the equipment, walk the site with the client and discuss the process in detail answering any other questions as necessary.

All of our engineers pay high attention to detail with regards to every aspect such as, building aesthetics, hiding / enclosing cabling and leaving the premises neat and tidy once the work is complete. All we request from your end is to be available at the property at the start and towards the end for the handover. Our engineers follow a strict health and safety policy by taking all necessary precautions required to complete the installation therefore rest assured you are in safe hands.

On Commercial Properties we understand that it is necessary to provide Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) for some works, all of these documents can be provided after we receive an order and before commencement of any works. Further to this Telford CCTV have all necessary Public liability insurances to cover our works and satisfy some of our larger clients.

Once the installation of equipment is complete and set up it is then essential to commission the system to function as set out by the equipment manufacturers. It entails operating the system from the controls and ensuring that every function and view is as originally designed. There may be a need to do some fine adjustments to cameras, lenses, and angles of view, etc keeping in mind customer's preferences. As standard the system will be set to record on motion detection (recommended) unless advised otherwise by the client. The system is set up and tweaked to perform at an optimum level with regards to property / site and your requirements in mind.

Most Installations don't usually have any special requirements, however give us a call if you have any extra requirements such as an extra-long HDMI cables to connect the NVR to a monitor or TV in another room, HDMI splitter, monitor bracket, audio, electrical works, specialised cabling / trunking, underground / under floor board cabling, cameras mounting on poles, ladders longer that 20ft, access equipment to reach heights above 25ft, average cable runs of more than 30 meters, any digging work or any other special requirement. We are able to accommodate most special requirements however we will need to review if there will be any extra costs involved before the time of booking. It is essential for a healthy relationship between us the company and you the client that we are on the same page from day one.

Customer Testamonial

"Looking for cost effective, quality, multi-skilled building services who are trustworthy, hardworking, provide excellent design advice but also listen to what you want?

Well that's where you'd be wrong; Richard at RS Builders is your man. I planned to re-fit my family bathroom, en-suite and downstairs WC. Richard provided me with lots of ideas and also added the personal touch by going shopping with me to help buy them, to make sure I had what I wanted and that it would suit both the technical and aesthetic needs within my home. I didn't want someone who would sub-contract everything out, there are plenty of those out there... I wanted someone who would take ownership and pride in the job they were doing and that's what I got with RS Builders. Now I have three beautifully re-fitted rooms thanks to Richard (And of course, hard working Steve)

Many thanks to you both
